Overall Satisfaction with Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room

We use Datasite extensively for product technology due diligence. Secure file sharing is a key part of our everyday work and business. One key use case for us is working with large amounts of data and having it segmented / organized in a logical way to be easily consumed and referenced.

Pros

  • Datasite organizes the information in a logical way
  • PDF files (like excel files) can still be extracted and downloaded to analyze

Cons

  • I would like a better way to see within existing folders where net new files have been added
  • Search functionality could be improved to include info within documents
  • Drastically improves delivery efficiency
Very intuitive and easy to use, particularly compared to other datarooms.
