Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce HCM
Dayforce HCM is being used across our organization. Employees use the self serve features to access their payroll information, for periodic enrollments, Time Away from Work and for benefits. Managers use all of the above and HR for managing their staff and our HR department uses Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, HR and Recruitment. We use it from onboarding to retirement for our employees.
- Time Away from Work integrates beautifully with My Pay
- Self Serve periodic enrollments to group RRSP and benefits plans are exceptional
- My HR helps in the day to day management of staff
- Open tickets on the support portal can be responded to quicker
- Option to track daily hours of work for employees that work variable hours
- Year End feature could use some improvement in the reporting area as to how the reports are best used to reconcile year end
- Positive - Less is being done manually, more time for HR staff to focus on other priorities
- Negative - employees are slowly adapting to a new system
- I trust the accuracy of the system
This helps enormously with our financial side, we are able to see real costs and ensure cash flow is in place. A huge bonus.
OT is part of the pay policy, it was tedious to set up but a huge time saver as we employ in multi jurisdictions and no longer use Excel to calculate OT or stat pay.
It's a one stop shop for for all of our employment related inquiries, prior we had one HR system, another payroll system, a separate benefits system and time was done manually.
