Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce HCM

Dayforce HCM is being used across the whole organization. We are currently using this product to process our biweekly payroll for over 2000 employees at 7 different sites. The product is exceptional because it is easy to train new hires on using the product and the technology is very advanced in accomplishing various tasks quickly.
  • Very user friendly interface to navigate from screen to screen.
  • Ability to create your own customized report with a simple report writer and allowing you to preview the results to ensure valid information is being generated.
  • Help is available within the actual program to provide assistance immediately when needed.
  • Enhanced to allow easy flow for transmitting the payroll with little or no errors.
  • The ability to view "My timesheet" tab on a biweekly basis should be the same in the "My schedule" tab.
  • The ability to sort "My schedule" tab by employee job rank should be the same in the "My timesheet" tab.
  • The ability to generate a report on every manually manipulated field inputted.
  • The ability to process employee rate changes on a mass level.
  • The ability to choose an employee to replace a vacation request in the time off request manager screen.
The ability to forecast cost before actually processing the payroll
It's excellent at capturing the information and allowing changes
In the past, we have used an in-house program that uses AS400 platform, then to insync with Ceridian and now we are using Dayforce HCM. Dayforce HCM saves time.
