Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce Powerpay
We use Dayforce for our payroll including medical beneifts as well as a RRSP contribtuion match plan. They are very efficient and professional. Making adjustments could not be any easier. Any issues we did have were always resolved quickly. Government remittances are made with ease and well documented. The year end process is simple with all supporting documents available both in the portal and also in the mobile app. Dayforce are one of the easiest payroll made simple providers I have seen. They offer a full suite of options and are not pushy to upgrate or expand services.
- Pay adjustments are simple to make.
- Info is available in the portal as well as in the app.
- All issues are addressed promptly and professionally
- A human voice is always available during their operational hours.
- They are always on time.
- Response surveys to a service call should come after the next payroll run to verify all adjustment have in fact been made.
- All manual office level calculations and remittances save time, Canada Post and envelope costs and most importantly eliminates delivery timing for statement productions.
- Always on time with remittances to CRA and WCB elimination fees and penalties.
