Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce Powerpay

I use Dayforce Powerpay to manage payroll for my small team. It helps me confidently manage statutory deductions, contributions, and tax forms. I have ZERO training in payroll, and this platform is so well-built and intuitive that even I can do payroll correctly every time! Whenever I run into an issue or I screw something up, I know I can count on the customer service reps - they are indeed the best I have encountered. They know precisely how to help you and do so in a way that is efficient without making you feel like an idiot.

Pros

  • Customer service.
  • Reminders about changes to statutory deductions and other fees.
  • Quick (!) delivery of payroll stubs.
  • Comprehensive documentation.
  • Easy to use website.

Cons

  • A glossary of terminology would be nice.
  • Saved me time.
  • Helped me deal with my knowledge deficits.
  • Helped me manage my tax filing obligations.
You need to spend a little bit of time orienting yourself, but there is ample support to guide you along the way. Once you figure everything out, it all becomes a breeze. I can do a regular payroll run in less than five minutes!
