Overall Satisfaction with Deltek Vision
The whole organization is using Deltek. We use it to track projects and proposals, for accounting, and to input info for our timesheets.
Pros
- Inclusive - it includes every aspect of the project.
- Searchable - if you know how to use the advanced search function, you can find any piece of information you need.
Cons
- User experience - it's clunky and not terribly user-friendly.
- Slow - it can take a long time to save or access information.
- Doesn't play well with others - you simply can't connect it to most any other software. Really difficult to
- It's an asset in that we can continue using without a subscription process.
- The large purchase has kept us from trying a different system.
- Zoho
We've been using Deltek for many years and we aren't likely to switch anytime soon. I've only looked at Zoho a little bit as an alternative to our current document management software. It's much more user-friendly than Deltek!
