We use Demandbase One as a foundational element of our go-to-market strategy, focusing on an account journey-centric approach. Demandbase One help us to addresses the challenge of shifting from lead-based to account-based marketing. It allows alignment between marketing and sales, providing data insights such as anonymous intent and web visits, facilitating better outreach and targeted campaigns.

Demandbase One is quite a flexible platform as you can entirely customize account stages, buyer group or engagement score.
Demandbase One offers a lot of intent data that can be customized as needed. It's easy to aggregate them through calculated fields to pass them over another tech for instance. The engagement score is also a good aggregated source of insights for us, without forcing us to dig into details.
It takes a bit of time to navigate through the different features as they are many but with a regular practice, it's quite easy to stay updated and make the best out of the platform.

Demandbase One is a great partner to wor on ABM. They are extremely helpful for new users. They have extensive training, courses and resources to help new customer to upskill their team, success plan to keep us on track on our journey, as well as great support and knowledge from their CMS. The company is also extremely dynamic on innovation and their roadmap is promising, to stay ahead of the game. Finally, as a technology, Demandbase One is highly flexible platform to adjust to customers needs, which is not the case of all marketing technology.
