Overall Satisfaction with Demandbase One

Find new contacts to establish new business with. We also use it for campaigns, and seeing which accounts are shopping around. Specifically we can see what lines of business they may be interested in.

I didn't customize the platform
Ours is a bit tricky. You seem to kind of lump in our retail business with our banking business which makes things kind of confusing

and ATM is not really a self service kiosk
Its been helpful, i am thankful my company invested in the tool, but not as good as other tools I have used
Zoominfo is much better, but our company chose to use Demandbase. I believe due to price.
