Overall Satisfaction with Demandbase One

Demandbase One is the palce where all our marketing department is looking in terms of information about our target accounts, it´s quick and easy to view. We also use it to create targeted ABM display campaigns for our targets accounts, delivering a very personalized messaging. It has become a fundamental part of our marketing strategy.

  • Sometimes you need to dowload the tables to use specific filters
  • It can be easier to implement
  • The sales team needs to understand it better
  • No negative impact
  • Better understanding of our accounts
  • Better perfomance of our sales team
  • Better control on the marketing campaigns
As a user, I´m capable to do many thing on the platfrom, I don´t need to rely on more people to found what I am looking for, so having the self service capaibility is amazing to not loose time.

It is perfect for big companies, but I wouldn´t recomend it for small companies. Specially I think for the technology sector is more useful. If you are selling consumer products it is not your ideal platform. In general, I think it is the perfect tool for the big tech companies.
