Overall Satisfaction with DemandScience

We worked with the DemandScience team on a variety of lead generation and content syndication campaigns. The work specialized in getting into our target markets and working with their team to help build out the personas and targeting. We were looking for a more reliable source of leads from decision making pros.

Support was outstanding, it was the best part of this experience. From the initial touch points with our account team and the support along the way via quick videos etc., it really helped make them stand out. I actually shared those videos with our own sales team to give them ideas on how to run successful outreach.

I think if you are in a market where they have more established contacts, you can be successful. For our efforts, the audience was lacking and took a while for us to build out. Additionally, we felt there was always the desire for Demand Science to put us into a bucket where they knew they had more established contacts vs. the categories we were looking for.
