For Merkle, we use DemandScience as a preferred vendor to take care of our demanding guaranteed lead programs. The business solutions at hand are Content Syndication services that help us achieve client KPIs, such as MQLs and MALs. DemandScience has proven to provide quality leads in a timely manner to help facilitate and fulfill CS lead programs across the board for us.

DemandScience is well suited for CS lead gen programs because of their transparency with how they use prospecting tools and the vast database we are able to tap into with ease. Client services is a critical part of this industry, and they prove to be the standard for it. To use one example, we have demanding Q3-Q4 deliverables with tight deadlines, and their service teams are super diligent.
