Safe, easy to use, easy to configure - great handy tool to get our chat bots to serve customers in a timely and safe fashion. It is a very good software, easy to use, tasks are easy to get granular - it's number one choice at the present moment for our company.

Support is average - it works but it could be much better with trough out and/or extensive documentation in any kind of form. A good wiki, video tutorials, or anything like it would make the software much more friendly to your default user. Learning curve is a 4 out of 10, but once you get the def hang of the software it feels very polished and great.

It just delivers, even being somewhat rough to get used to it. Users just love it as it feels polished - very well balanced, good chat flows, good workflows, good response time and good usability. It's just somewhat complicated to setup at first glance though, with a semi steep learning curve compared to other solutions around the market.
It feels somewhat beta at some specific uses but overall its a safe and realiable software. It's pricing is very good, easy to setup, good tools, stable and feels ready to use just out of the box without any need to complicated tweaks or anything alike. It is number one choice for our developers and game engineers in our current company.
