Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad
I use Dialpad to canvass for new clients. Dialpad comes in handy for reaching out to our potential apartment renters and new home purchasers.
- A decent clear signal especially when compared to two other systems being used simultaneously
- A nice format of voicemail that is written in text, a unique application
- A clean, crisp application that lets you know in advance when you are about to receive a call before it even comes through, which can be scary sometimes and must involve the hiring of some psychics or fortune-tellers.
- Sometimes the spelling could be somewhat better on the text of the voicemails.
- I have two phone numbers and sometimes it's unclear which number I have missed a call on, so perhaps a better display of missed calls would help.
- There is one minor glitch that allows Dialpad to turn off my ringer volume frequently on its own.
- It's too early to tell about return on investment since I'm a new user. But at least it's less expensive than the competitors I was using before that locked me into a contract I didn't want.
- I put myself on hold with a separate phone and love the music on hold feature. I'm surprised this is available for such a low-priced system.
- Dialpad is able to be used in multiple countries as well, which is great for someone who has staff spread out.
This is way more affordable than Ring Central. I can't wait to get more lines going to see how you can listen in on others' calls and transfer within the company.
