Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

We use Dialpad Connect to help in our line of work because we receive 100 plus calls a day from customers, and the documentation helps info we may have missed, such as name, number, other important numbers, and addresses. This dialpad system also lets us listen to the recordings from previous calls as well.

The documentation should have the functionality of turning on and off when desired. I also believe its well suited for a business environment but maybe allow other users to review previous chats with other users. I feel like its probably not the best when it comes to personal use. As you may not want it to translate.
