Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Connect

Dialpad has been an integral part of my business, providing a reliable, feature-rich and very functional suite of capabilities, phone numbers and options to fine tune to my needs. The call connection quality has been great and this has been a huge improvement over my prior provider. AI features have also been very interesting, and Voicemail Transcription is one of my favorites.

  • Sometimes all of the email updates become a bit redundant
  • Improved communication and knowledge of prior conversations
  • Easy to use UI allows for intuitive task completion
  • Customer service has always kept me updated about any issues or concerns, so I do not find out the hard way
It has been an improvement in all areas, compared to my prior provider. Customer support has been good. Clear call quality. Multiple numbers and rules for calls are available and allow for quick delegation. Have never had service issues and all calls are clear, made and received and they should be.
My previous provider had bad call quality, calls would drop and my phone would randomly dial other numbers. All of these issues have been alleviated with Dialpad. It has been a great and useful service since I signed up.

Dialpad is great for an eCommerce business, as it provides multiple lines, chat capability and can also bring together employees in one suite. AI transcription reminds me about prior conversations and allows me to be more informed when talking to customers. All of my calls are always good quality and have never had service issues.
