Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

[Used for] communication throughout the clinic, with coworkers and with patients.
  • Ease of use
  • Anonymity when contacting patients- allows me to communicate with patients but also prevents them having my actual number
  • Ability to text and call is great, even shows emojis
  • A video chat feature would be great. Right now we use Zoom instead.
  • I’m one of the dentists at our health center and I’m not too aware of the financial aspect or ROI

Great for communicating with colleagues but also great for client-facing sectors such as healthcare where it’s convenient to use your own phone but not give out your number.
