Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have enjoyed using Dialpad Talk as a part of my employment with my virtual school. We use dialpad as the main form of communication with parents and students. The application is very well laid out and easily accessible on the mobile app as well. I appreciate that it is fully featured as well with notification and autoreply features. It makes working with my student much easier!

Dialpad Talk is very well suited in areas of Education like our virtual school where we can track communication between parents and student and teachers. It has also been very helpful to have the autoreply message for when students send me messages outside of my office hours. It reminds them that I am currently out of the office and will reply when I do return to my hours.
