Overall Satisfaction with DISCO

DISCO is being used by attorneys and paralegals to review documents and prepare document productions.

Document productions - fast and efficient way to produce materials to other parties in the ligation.
Search of key terms - Fast way to identify responsive or confidential documents
Flag/Tags - Fast way to go back to key documents

Highlighting with in the document can sometimes be a great tool to have when reviewing documents.

It's user-friendly.

I've never had a problem with the support team getting back to me re my questions or assisting me in a project.

Hi Roxana, Thank you for your review! It’s wonderful reading that the speed of DISCO is having a positive impact on your work. Every second counts when you have thousands of documents to review, right? And thanks for the shout-out to our support team - I passed that along to them and they were happy to hear it! As far as highlighting - we understand your desire to want to highlight in the document and have submitted you as an additional requester of this feature. This is on our active roadmap – we’ll be sure to let you know when this is released. In fact, we just released the ability to review depositions in our new product, Case Builder, and be able to highlight and annotate portions of a document.
