Overall Satisfaction with DISCO
DISCO is being used by litigation attorneys to manage ediscovery on a number of complex cases.

- I've been very happy with it so far.
- It saved attorney and paralegal time in processing documents for production.
- It saved attorney time (and client money) in reviewing documents.
1) The fact that we could upload and process documents ourselves was a huge selling point. I often find myself frustrated by the turnaround time with other vendors in getting documents uploaded for review or processed for production.

The total cost of ediscovery is significantly decreased because it saves a lot of attorney/paralegal time.
The speed of searching is a definite plus. I like how quickly the search function runs.
We haven't used managed review, but the project management team has been responsive and helpful every step of the way!
I used Relativity for many years and found that the search functions on DISCO are far superior.
