Overall Satisfaction with DISCO
Disco is being used across the organization as it is our preferred vendor. It addresses the need for a central location for discovery in large complex matters.
- Simple interface - This is key because many users can't be bogged down trying to navigate through complex platforms. DISCO makes it easier to users of all levels to review, cull and produce information.
- Speed - The platform is much faster than alternative platforms. The speed significantly reduces review times making for a more efficient review.
- No hidden costs. It's nice to easily understand the costs of a platform and present it to clients.
- I wish DISCO had more robust analytics. Not so much predictive coding but the ability to review documents using concepts/phrases.
- I think DISCO should reduce the monthly minimum. By having such a high monthly minimum price you end up excluding potential clients.
- Cost savings on large discovery matters.
- Efficiency with reviews.
- The ability to redact Excels - This allows the user to easily redact within the Excel, rather than having to format and redact. Significant time and money are saved with this feature.
- User control - Allowing users to take full control of the matters is extremely beneficial. The reduction in project management fees and tech fees is significant.
- Speed - As it stands now when reviewing larger documents, the speed DISCO offers is unparalleled to none.
DISCO has provided a straightforward cost solution for our e-Discovery needs. The transparent flat rate makes it easy to provide pricing estimates to clients without the general pre-processing/culling/post-production/user fees/data expansion/multiple PM and Tech costs you see with alternative providers.
DISCO is very easy to use. The user has the ability to everything. Many people compare the interface to google because of it's simplicity. The filtering functions are easily accessible. Within seconds you can find what you are looking for. The stress levels of users has decreased because the system doesn't shutdown and the data loads fast. The reviewers can simply review and not worry about if they are going to get through the documents.
DISCO's project managers are awesome. They are very responsive and will walk you through the processes, teaching you at every opportunity so you can take the reins. Of course, they will also do everything for you if you want. They are a great resource. DISCO's forensic team is extremely fast and understand the legal aspects of multiple collection types. They work with you to educate and provide you with the tools you need to review your collections.
