Overall Satisfaction with Dooly.AI

I'm not sure if Dooly.AI is being used by other departments, but within the Sales Org we use it heavily to save time updating Salesforce opportunities. Dooly.AI is great because I can take notes, link them to the opportunity, hit sync and an activity record will show up with all the notes so I don't have to manually input information into Salesforce. I also love how you can build reports and and update fields in Salesforce across multiple opportunities while looking at a list view, something that I wasn't able to figure out in Salesforce and used to use Clari for, but the Dooly.AI interface is much easier to use and has other features that I love in addition to editing opportunities en masse. It's also a great collaboration tool as I can see notes from other team members on the same account, they make suggestions for competitive intel based on keywords, it keeps a nice, clean ongoing list of notes for each opportunity. As you can see, the list goes on and on - I love Dooly.AI and would recommend it to anyone that wants a better note take system and wants to save time updating your CRM.
