We use Dooly.AI in our sales team to keep track of our opportunities, take notes on call, link those calls with opportunities in Salesforce and maintain our pipeline.

It's suited if you are in sales because you don't have to take notes in one application and then add them to Salesforce. You can seamlessly sink everything which makes life very easy. It also is great to keep track of all your opportunities and pipeline. Its less appropriate in my opinion for non sales roles where Salesforce is not used.
