Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This is my preferred 2D cad package when it comes to designing production factory floor footprints/layouts. I also use this cad package for manipulating 3D model DXF's. This 2D cad package is far cheaper the than AutoCAD and its operational functionality is much more user friendly and intuitive.

Drawing detail electrical circuits.
Mechanical Design Work.

Cons

Copy and move icons could be better defined visually.

Return on Investment

Cheap to rent.

Alternatives Considered

I personally think it is better.

Other Software Used

SOLIDWORKS

Likelihood to Recommend

Best suited for production factory floor layouts, designing electrical circuits, structural engineering designs. Planning our top level design concept and format. Also manipulating/altering 3D models when convert into DXF. You have a lot more control designing in the 2D cad package than in 3D cad package. Less appropriate when designing a product that as a lot of sub assemblies.
