Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use Dropbox Sign for all sales contracts and internal documents.

Pros

  • Placing fields on a contract.
  • Flexibility, configurability.

Cons

  • Most of my challenges are with our implementation of it, not with the actual technology. It's not integrated as deeply as it should be into our workflows, so it is a manual process each time we send a contract.
  • Effective tool for contract signatures.
It does all the basic things you need a signature tool to do.
It can be used in a number of ways - more tightly integrated into a crm or adhoc with the ability to add custom fields to be signed each time a contract is sent.

Especially for smaller organizations, this is a simple, affordable e-sign tool that can be functional very quickly. It may not be as functional for enterprise organizations.
