Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud (fomerly Druva inSync, Phoenix & CloudRanger)

We use this to backup data on our servers and key managers within the organization. In the event of a hard drive failure or a disgruntled employee leaves, we have a backup.

Pros

  • small program that runs in the back ground
  • Easy to restore data
  • easily managed solution

Cons

  • I always have a few files that it cant backup, so the backup is never complete. If it could learn to skip these files or ask if you want to skip in the future.
  • We had an employee leave with a laptop and she had someone wipe it. Luckily we had Druva on it and were able to recover all of the data.
  • This is one of those products that you load on a pc and forget about it. Its always there doing its thing.
It was very easy to install on the pc's and servers.

We have 15 pc's to backup. They can go from very small to very large companies. Any time you are worried about loosing data Druva Data Resiliency Cloud can be used to secure it.
