Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync
Druva was used by a department as a backup for infrastructure. Users work off of shared drives, then the machine that holds the file shares and databases are backed up using Druva.
Pros
- Druva runs quickly.
- Does not have an appreciable effect on computer performance while running.
- Easy to restore from.
- Restores relatively quickly.
Cons
- It would be nice if it would restore quicker.
- It would be nice to have more granular control of what gets backed up.
- It would be nice to be able to re-activate a device that was previously de-activated.
- In the instances where there was an issue, information was lost, or hardware failure, we were able to save our clients time and money by being able to quickly restore data resulting in minimal downtime.
- Just a general peace of mind knowing that critical infrastructure was backed up in case of failure.
This is my first review, I have not had nearly the experience with other products that I have with Druva.
