Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

Druva inSync is used primarily to backup laptop computers in all departments. It protects laptop data against crashes, theft, and loss.

  • Ease of use for IT and end users
  • Ease of data recovery
  • Low Cost
  • The only area of concern has been the storage quota per user. While pooled we cannot fully back up everyone 500gb laptop drive without going over our quota.
  • Druva inSync has saved 1000s of dollars in data recovered from lost, stolen, and crashed hard drives.
We have not protected any apps yet but Office 365 something we are considering protecting soon.
Druva alerts IT Admins and the user when data is not being backed up on a device.
We are not currently using any centralized data governance.
Deployment is a breeze.

We are only using it on company laptops but also deployed it on a remote field office desktop that was shared by multiple sub-consultants to log job progress.
