Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync
We have used Druva inSync for more than 8 years. Earlier it was configured in-house server then we moved to cloud platform. Initially, inSync was used for one location, then we implemented across the whole organization in all locations because of instant support from Druva.
It resolves our routine backup and restoration issues when system crashes and retrieves the old data from cloud backup. Low bandwidth usage and low system memory usage while running backup in client side is an advantage for user performance part.
- In current scenario price would have not increased.
Currently we are using inSync for data only which is stored in individual personal laptop/desktop. Probably we may go with GSuite also.
Currently we are not using these features, may try in future.
We may need these features in future.
In the last 8 years we have not evaluated any other backup solutions since we have been well satisfied with current inSync backup system.
Implementation process is user friendly and configured as per our requirements. There is no need of special talent for client installation since it is a very simple process.

inSync version updates process is very simple, we can directly push the updates from the admin console and no need to take remote of client systems for updates.
Now Druva is restricted for minimum additional licenses to 10. It would have considered for any number of additional licenses for existing SMB customers.
Due to lot of disturbance of internet connection and data loss on individual system, inSync helps a lot to restore the data in time without any issues.
Not as such during Covid-19 but inSync helped us to restore the data few years back in a ransomware attack.
