Overall Satisfaction with Dundas BI

We are using Dundas BI to provide interactive online dashboards for our clients who are market research agencies who want to visualise their survey results.

Pros

  • Wide array of built in functionality
  • Extensibility with scripting to make anything possible
  • Easy to create basic requirements with automatic settings

Cons

  • Speed of large reports is sometimes an issue
  • Pricing is not flexible enough
  • Enabled us to quote clients and create projects quickly and easily
  • Pricing for multiple users who are not using it regularly is not advantageous for us

The basic settings are easy to understand, but occasionally it is difficult to find where a specific setting is
Support staff are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful
Easy to pick up and powerful enough to allow anything required.
