Overall Satisfaction with Dundas BI
I have implemented Dundas solutions for a client who needed to initialize a BI platform enriching it with dashboards. The first use was to develop dashboards useful to the administration department to monitor costs and profits. Other dashboards were useful for internal management control of the company.
- Simple installation and configuration
- Excellent arrangement of the elements almost "pixel perfect"
- Detailed tools that provide maximum freedom of development, it's very close to the conception of a report but being a dashboard
- Also evaluating the competitors, I think the interface is not very attractive
- Initially, it is a bit difficult to use and especially to understand the full functionality
- It requires a little time of use before being a complete master of the instrument
Personally as a dashboard software I use Qlik Sense more because I consider it a very simple product to use, but this is a personal choice. However, for some things, it does not satisfy me fully. In my opinion, they are software that are alternated depending on the customer in front of you.
