Overall Satisfaction with Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo

We use Duo as an SSO feature - to verify log ins securely.
  • It's reliable, it always pops up on my device and I never have issues with it.
  • Easy to use - not complicated hidden buttons/setting.
  • Seamless.
  • The solution to if you lose your device seems convoluted. Not sure if this is something that can improve.
  • Multiple requests add up instead of canceling each other out.
  • This question wouldn't be something I would know for my department.
Not super sure on this one, I would not be the administrator here.
Well, especially now that we all work remotely, this is something that has been super helpful to us. We're not using their network all the time so having this set up already was a big plus.
