Overall Satisfaction with Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo

We moved from RSA to Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, and it's night and day. Duo push is used by everyone in my company from Cisco AnyConnect to Horizon VDI. The push makes it easier and faster than RSA, where they require you to type in the numbers.

Very easy to use for my end users. Implementation was easy, as well, with the documentation provided as well as the support we get on the phone.
We implement Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, on all our applications to ensure we have multi-factor authentication and also that each end user is who he/she is when they login.
Their support is very good. Haven't had any issues with them.
Setting up multi-factor authentication for OWA on our new Exchange 2016 server, I wasn't too sure on the setup and the tech guided me through it. They were very helpful in setting it up.
Azure is free so with our Microsoft 365 licenses so that is going to be tough to get away from that. Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, is a better platform for both Windows and Linux.
Well suited areas are VPN, Outlook web access, Horizon VDI, and Citrix XenApp. I don't really have any scenarios where it is less appropriate. We use it for all our multi-factor authentication applications.
