Overall Satisfaction with Duo Security
We use it for all our staff for secure authentication. Whether its email or SaaS applications we utilize Duo to make sure that we limit potential for unauthorized access.
- Very simple
- Flexible (swipe, call, or text) responses
- Reliable. We have not experienced an outage of service in the 2 years we have been using it.
- You cannot use same device across different organizations.
- Security and peace of mind.
- Only negative is dependency on device registered. Had a user leave his phone home and he did not set up an alternate mechanism to receive codes.
We didn't compare to other solutions. Theirs was so easy to use, implement and affordable.
