Overall Satisfaction with Firstup (Dynamic Signal + SocialChorus)
Firstup is being used across the whole organization globally. We implemented it as an employee ambassador social program and have recently implemented it as our main internal communications platform. It serves our purposes for content discovery, easy sharing of thought leadership, and internal communications.

The API integration allows our members' account creation and members' information to stay in sync with our internal company directory. This allows us to properly segment our employees for targeted communication. This was somewhat difficult to achieve, mainly on our end, and required internal developers.
The platform syncs with our internal company directory, enabling us to segment employees. We enjoy the features that allow us to create groups of employees based on pre-determined custom fields.
There is not much that is automated, and our current program requires multiple community managers to curate content, create posts, and send communications. The only automated features we currently have are for RSS feeds that create posts.
