Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
We use Dynatrace to track down performance bottlenecks, exceptions, and other issues that creep up. It has been an invaluable tool for my team, Application Support. I don’t think that we would be able to perform our jobs without it.

- Helps identify problem areas
- Helps identify when there is a change in application behavoir
- Alerts us when problems arise
Cons
- More understandable pricing model
- Opening up a bit about what is actually happening under the covers
- More flexibility with uni appearance
- It has saved time when trying to discover issues
- False positives have caused issues for wasted time
