Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

It is being used mainly across the whole organization. The monitoring problem is solved with Dynatrace installation and automation. There is a great help from Dynatrace monitoring to identify problems as soon as they happen so a corrective and proactive action can be taken as soon as possible. Overall it is a great tool for my company.
  • Problems detection as soon as they happen.
  • Providing possible root cause of the problems.
  • Back tracking of service transactions to particular user sessions.
  • More AI in finding actual root cause of the problem.
  • Application monitoring is very simple.
Dynatrace is very helpful in application and infrastructure monitoring in my organization.

Dynatrace OneAgent is well suited in almost all scenarios where application monitoring as well as infrastructure monitoring need to be implemented. It may not be appropriate if it is a very small application or small scale infrastructure to install Dynatrace OneAgent and setup all monitoring which may not be used.
