We use automation in our business for all departments, from billing to dispatching to inventory and order processing. EAutomate has helped streamline our business in so many ways. For us, the most helpful feature has been the billing. Its ability to integrate with KFS and other meter reading services and even leasing companies has drastically streamlined our processes. The automatic payments that can be accepted through Net1 through Eautomate have benefited us and our customers. Eautomate has been a game changer in the most positive way for us and our customers.

The contract management has been beneficial. I enjoy the ease of seeing all the contract information at once. I can even check how much of the contract has been used and run a report to check whose contract has expired by date or meter. It is nice to be able to run a report and address all the contract expirations at once.
The integration of e-automate in all departments has helped with the cross-communication between departments. It helps us keep each other accountable in a non-confrontational manner.
When we first got e-automate, we had the on-premise version. About two years ago, we upgraded to the cloud version, and we loved it! Being able to use it anywhere versus only when at the office has been so helpful. We love the cloud version and the support that comes with it.
The price of Sales Force is a lot. It does have a lot of integration, but you have to pay for all of that, and at the end of the day, it was going to be too expensive and not as streamlined specifically to our industry as e-automate.
