We are a manged print services company and e automate is tailored perfectly for our industry. All the deliveries, repairs and sales fields are ready and easy to find an use. Building new accounts is easy and finding customers and products is also very easy. The interface is intuitive and having used other programs for the same tasks, e-automate is the clear winner.

We have grown with our customers using e-automate and there is room for growth. We have added many, many customers to the program. There are all appropriate and useful field for our customers. There is excellent support for fleet information, service history and repair notes. Product information and pricing, vendor information is all at your fingertips.
e-automate has saved a great deal of time by not having to toggle between several programs and applications. The customer database is very robust and contains everything we need with has room to grow. The product database is also very robust and intuitive. We use that daily and contains critical information in our work.
