Overall Satisfaction with e-automate
I use e-automate for Dispatch, sales, ap, ar, contracts and book keeping. We use quick books for payroll. We are a 2 way radio sales and service

- Subtotals in quotes
- Equipment assigned to customer in service tickets
- Notes on all voided tickets easily seen (service tickets)
- Not very user friendly
- Einfo should show all invoices without requesting
- Cost is too high
No. We have some issues with the contracts
It is easier to have a system than none at all
Cloud. We use to have free excel given to us as a cloud customer but that was taken away. I am not seeing any benefits from cloud anymore.
