We use e-automate to manage our Copier Dealership. We use it to address billing, manage devices, manage service tickets and history. It is a one stop software for managing our business processes. We give our devices ID numbers to make management easy and effective.

- management of contracts, adding minimums are simple
- needng to know how the database works to get data out is a negative impact. takes time.
e-automate is super easy to look up all aspects of the contract from Meter Reading to cost.
The workflow process is a little mundane, we use another product in conjunction with e-automate to simplify our processes.
On-Premise, we do alot of customization with other products reading data out of our on-premise solution.
