Overall Satisfaction with e-automate

E-automate is uses in our company which is a sale driven company. it is not totally user friendly if you are not a technically savvy person.
But once you use it a few times, you are good to go.
We enter all our new customers into the system, which has company name, address, telephone number, email, website, contact name, direct number, equipment makes, model and serial number.
We add Technicians names, numbers, and e mail addresses. We use it to track customers who have expired leases that's coming up.
We enter service calls, that go directly to each technician cell phone.
I love the service dispatch console.
We can send promotional e amils to customers.
We track supplies inventory. We put in equipment inventory.
We do monthly accounts billing.
We run accounts receivable reports.
We can run customers list by vertical markets.

Pros

  • Monthly Billing Reports
  • Service Calls Console for the Technicians
  • Track Supplies Inventory
  • Reports for Customers Lease Expiration

Cons

  • Make it more user friendly as to where to find icons that we use daily.
  • The Technicians Console should be like what we see on the PC
  • More that 2 users should be able to log in at the same time
  • Return on investment is positive
  • It's time savings and allows to tract where technicians are at all times.
  • it also will show if they honesty completed service calls or mot.
  • and we can tract inventory and not running out.
It plays a very big role, and it helps to improve our business.
I have used Sales Force in the past, but it did not have all the capability like e-automate.

Tracking customers lease expirations.
Service call dispatch consoles.
Sending promotional e amils to customers.
Tracking supplies inventory.
Tracking equipment inventory.
Doing monthly Customers Invoices.
Run call list by vertical markets to make calls.
Accounts can be put on hold.
You get to see Active or Non-Active Customers.
And it allows you to make notes for future use.
