Overall Satisfaction with e-automate

We use this product for billing, processing all of our orders, shipping supplies, inventory, and purchasing of equipment, reporting for our accounts receivable division and financials. The product addresses being able to have everything in one place. We have all of our branches in one system at one time we had everything separated. Ease of use for billing you can automatically bill all of your contracts. Automatically ship your supply shipping invoices.

Pros

  • Billing, E-Auto has more accounting pros than our old system if you know how to set up your contracts it can perform efficiently. It's more of an accounting system.
  • Our financials on our old system were more manual. With this system, you have E-Views to help with reporting and your worksheets.
  • E-Views to help with reporting and your worksheets.

Cons

  • Your meter corrections are time consuming. when you are correcting a meter reading, it's a lot of work to Invalidate and turn those meters around.
  • With the new reporting Printanista in sales orders it will make placing an order a lot more efficient.
  • With the addition of Printanista in sales orders that will make placing an order a lot more efficient.
  • I can't say that it's had a negative impact. I think as software grows and you learn what add-ons are needed to enhance and grow, and improve you learn as you go positive. Printanista's reporting into E-Automate, will be huge advantage.
When you have various contracts, Copier, Printer, MPS, Managed Service contracts, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual contracts, our contract team will work with our sales team so that we meet our client expectations some clients will request spreadsheet billing for copiers and MPS our team will always customize and with the help of the software meet or beat those demands. Automatic rate increase, and the ability to bill different contract types on one invoice.
I would say ease of use. Everybody in one system, everybody speaking the same language.
We looked at other vendors before we chose to go with this E-Auto. Even though we were on an older version of an ECI product. The ease of the transition into this product will depend on your staff and the knowledge of how to complete a conversion, the ease of use compared to how long it would take to get up and running on some of the other products were worlds apart.

Well suited for if you have a customer environment where you want to build a contract where that client has, 500 machines Where you need more accounting control, where you are shipping supplies, and also have service technicians.
these are things that the software does well. They could work on the meter reading corrections; invoices corrections are easy to handle.
