e-automate Review
Overall Satisfaction with e-automate
It covers our day-to-day operations. Basically it's a complete ERP between accounting, payable, ordering, sales orders, covers everything we need.
Pros
- There's a utility called eAgent, which actually helps automate a lot of processes that we don't have to have people manually do one-on-one.
Cons
- Some of the contract management. That's about all I have right now on that.
- It's been positive in the fact that now that we can integrate our meters into our billing console, it's easier to build the customers. We don't have to spend as much time getting the meters collecting meters, so I know they use FTA, but I'm using a Kiera solution where all the meters automatically get imported and I basically walk in the office in the morning, invoice the customers and it's already automated.
Well, one of the benefits is based on the new system where everything's Excel based. You can actually right click, go into the system and link to other aspects versus their old system didn't have that. So I can actually look at the contract invoices, go to those individual invoices and see those in a real time environment versus changing screens to module, to screen to module to figure out where you're going.
It just makes everything easier. We're a small organization to have one log on, one aspect for everyone to go to. Everyone sees everything at the same time.
This is the only thing we've used.
