Overall Satisfaction with e-automate
We use e-automate for sales, purchasing, inventory, control, equipment tracking, accounts payable, general ledger, e-agent. We try to use e-automate to its full potential. Are we there yet? No but hope to get there. We currently have copier, Managed IT, phone and fiber internet divisions

- We have been able to locate inventory issues that have reduced our cogs
- Found contract issues in IT where we were not billing customers for all services provided
- Streamlined work loads and reduced unnecessary/overlapping software subscriptions
Contracts are new to me but so far i have had issues with billing and contract terminations. I am hoping the classes here will shed some lite on the issues i am having
It is greatly benefitial. Being able to find all information on one software simplfies the work
