Overall Satisfaction with e-automate
We use several of their products, including their ERPs, eAutomate, and Khameleon.
Pros
- Products specialized for specific industries.
- Has a variety of bolt-on solutions.
Cons
- Only some of their offerings have competitive cloud versions.
- Their software doesn't like to play with others if you are trying to create an API that isn't for another part of their software. Good luck.
- Customer service is sometimes a response, but not so much.
- The industry-specific nature of their ERPs is tremendously helpful.
- They have several offerings, such as Printanista, that bundle very well with their ERP systems.
We do all our customer contract management within e-automate, and the ability to import meter reading information automatically is critical and a significant time saver.
