Our business utilizes ECI for various functions, including service requests, accounts payable and receivable, and dispatch operations. ECI has proven to be an invaluable resource for our company, enhancing our workflow and enabling us to monitor every customer call regarding equipment issues. I highly recommend it to businesses of all sizes.

Monitoring our customer contracts is crucial. We also appreciate the ability to maintain records for all prospective, existing, and past clients.
Maintaining accurate inventory records has significantly reduced the need for unnecessary trips to our warehouse.

Customers can now receive an estimated time of arrival (ETA) or confirmation number upon request, which was not possible in the past. Customers have observed this and inquired whether we have implemented any updates to our system. I then seize the opportunity to discuss ECI.
