Ebsta is used to cross-reference Salesforce with LinkedIn. If someone is in our database, we’d rather call, text, and/or email them rather than send an Inmail.
- Easy to use
- Syncs with Salesforce
- Can add contacts to Salesforce from Ebsta fluidly
- It doesn’t recognize specific URL links. For example, “bob smith” could be in our CRM 10 times and it won’t know which one is the correct Bob Smith.
- Allows us easy access to know if someone is in our database without searching
