Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for a variety of purposes especially I like it because of the performance review cycles that are assigned and workflow associated. It's pretty easy to manage with a clean and nice interface and less clutter which makes life easy and quick. It is very easy to get the lead feedback and coordinate as well. I really like using it

Very quick to respond to and usually followup with surveys like these which means always improvement cycle is going on. Thats why I rated the support 10. Also, the number of issues that we have raised are almost 0 but whenever the system goes offline it usually comes back in next couple of hours.
