Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi
We cooperate with Emplifi to support our social media service program and basically use Care & Listening functions. It is great to help us integrate across social profiles on different platforms and deal with customer suggestions and complaints. Meanwhile, the labelling function also provides possibilities to analyze massive amounts of data.
