Great tool overall.
The tool is a bit limited with the post level twitter metrics and with the number of social platforms it currently analyzes.
However, it is a great tool overall especially for measuring social success across a category or against other brands.

  • The tool is also a great asset for performing social competitive analysis for brands across the three social platforms: Facebook, Twitter and Youtube.

The online training was fine but, in the end, the best way to learn any product is by actually using it.
It is fairly easy to learn without training. Having said that, training is very helpful to fully understand the tool's functionalities.
